The Path Forward
I began my career as a chemist, fascinated by chemical transformations that make human existence and our entire universe possible. I had an incredibly rewarding career developing novel therapeutics for serious unmet medical needs. And yet, as rewarding as science was, I became more and more interested in the human dimension of transformation and change. Why do some leaders thrive where others crumble? Why do some teams evolve towards greatness when others fracture in painful ways? How do people transform?
My own experiences with personal growth as I developed a mindfulness practice, came out as queer and then again as transgender, and completely reimagined my career, taught me how to stay present with discomfort in pursuit of transformation. I pursued coaching certifications and a master's in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership at Columbia to gain the frameworks and tools to guide and walk alongside others through their own transformations.
How I Work
I combine evidence-based frameworks with deep belief in your capacity to change.
William Bridges' Transitions Model helps us understand that external change is different from the psychological processes that accompany transitions
Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle ensures you're not just learning concepts but actively experimenting and integrating new approaches
Intercultural frameworks (IDI, ICS) reveal how our cultural patterns shape how we communicate, handle conflict, and lead
Assessment tools (Hogan, Leadership Circle Profile, 360s) provide clear data about your current impact and highest-leverage development areas
ADHD coaching approaches help neurodiverse leaders identify their cognitive strengths and design systems that work with their brains, not against them
I've learned that the moments when we feel most stuck are often the moments right before breakthrough. My job is to help you see the possibilities you can't yet imagine and build the capacity to get there.
Ready to discover what's possible? When we work together, you discover strengths, approaches, and impacts you didn't know were possible.
