Group Coaching

When you're in a room with other ADHD and AuDHD leaders, something happens that individual coaching can't fully replicate. You hear someone else name an experience you've been carrying alone for years, and suddenly it shifts from a character flaw to a pattern that other sharp, capable people share.

My group coaching program brings together entrepreneurs and leaders with ADHD and AuDHD who are navigating terrain that includes building organizations that work with your brains, managing teams who process differently, and developing leadership identities that don't require masking to sustain.

The group format is small by design, meaning the conversations get real. Sessions are held every other week, and cohorts form when the right group of people is ready, rather than on a fixed calendar.

If this sounds like what you've been looking for, add your name to the waitlist. When a cohort is forming, I'll reach out directly.
